holiday rentals proposed by PARENTHESE VACANCES and enables users to submit
booking requests. No payments are made via the Site.
Users can find all the essential information
concerning their bookings in the General Terms of Rental provided in response
to booking requests.

The brands cited by PARENTHESE VACANCES and the
logos used on the Site are registered and/or protected brands and/or signs. The
overall structure, text software, animated or still images, sound bites,
know-how, drawings, illustrations and all other elements used on Site belong to
PARENTHESE VACANCES.

or intellectual property rights over the Site and/or its component elements, except
for a personal right of access that is free, non-exclusive, and limited to

Applicable law – Assignment of jurisdiction
These GTU are governed by French law.
French law applies totally and without restriction,
and conflict-of-law rules are expressly excluded. Anyone residing outside
France who visits the Site and uses some or all of its functions formally
accepts the application of French law.
Any claims of any kind concerning the application
of these GTU and use or consultation of the Site will come under the jurisdiction
of the French courts.
In compliance with article L 616-1 of the French
consumer code, the consumer is informed that they can request a mediation
